Membership Benefits & Rules

• Sale-Ready Landing Page As a Preferred Vendor, you benefit from having a sale-ready landing page created for every one of your samples. After you upload all the details about a sample, we do the heavy lifting to drive web traffic to your landing page. Upon sale, we'll take care of all the shipping details as well.
• Bride Inquiries We encourage brides to inquire about samples. From our site, a bride can let us know what they want by filling out our sample sale inquiry form. We then forward specific information to you in hopes that you have what they want. If the bride says yes to the sample, we'll take care of the entire transaction from purchase to delivery.
• Commission Free We do not charge a commission fee for any samples we sell. There is a $100 administration fee for all samples that sell through our website. This includes sales that come directly from bridal inquiries.
• Google Ads Our staff will work with you to create the proper ad messaging for your shop location. We design advertisements that will highlight your brand, what you offer, and sample sale deals. We'll even make sure your Google Analytics is set up correctly, so you can monitor your progress.
• Facebook Ads Facebook Ads are the best place to target specific brides or even members of a bridal party. We'll work with you to identify your target market and create ads that will increase your site traffic. Submitting gowns for display on the StyleLocator website will also show up on our Facebook store.
• Instagram Posts Social posting has become one of the quickest ways to sell anything. By connecting Instagram with our E-commerce store, we're able to post images of your samples, tag them with pricing, and allow one-click shopping directly to your sample.
• 40% Off Guarantee To make the StyleLocator marketing message cohesive for the brides, we require that all sample sale prices be at least 40% off retail. This pricing structure sets a standard that most brides expect to see with any sample sale.
• Refunds All sales are final except for the rare occurrence where the garment is incorrect. In cases where the bride receives a gown that does not appear as advertised, we will initiate an investigation to confirm the validity of the claim.
• Partnerships The cleaning and alteration of a sample gown is another expense for the bride. For this reason, we've teamed up with the Association of Wedding Gown Specialist to offer deep discounts for those services. With hundreds of specialists across North America, brides won't have to go far for assistance.
